I would like to say that the process this state has for customers of questionable business practices to file complains is poor at best. When a complaint is filed the company is contacted and can dispute the complaint and the customer that filed the complaint is left im the same position as before the complaint filing. This state agency doesn't care about it's citizens any more than the company that is taking advantage of it's customers in the first place.
