I was told not to email them anymore. I sent Mata an attachment that had Mr. Surface name on it then blocked her. Too bad she can't see that I blocked her because she can't resist getting the last word in. I thought we were getting a good lawyer. He was down to earth & seemed nice. He's one of the few that take a disability case at the appeal level. I just lost my court hearing because of a lousy lawyer & he took my case & said we had a good chance. Little did I know that this was going to fall apart too. They only sent in the records I brought them. Marta says she told me I was supposed to get my own records but I took my mom with me just to make sure I understood everything & she never heard her say that either. This woman is the master of avoidance. While I was still their client I asked her if she needed anything from me & she said no. Wouldn't a normal human say something like "Do you have any more records left to get?" or something like that. And wouldn't you think they would give you a courtesy call just before they send in the appeal to make sure you don't have anything left? NOPE. Everytime I contacted her she said I was no longer their client. At 1st I had no clue what she was talking about. Then it hit me that she had already sent everything without my knowledge & the appeal had been turned down. She told me I need anger management. I said "Yep, but only when it comes to you." She's one more witch & she did things to me out of spite. I guess because I'm not a veteran & they knew at the appeal level they wouldn't win they just didn't care. Maybe they're better if you walk in with a new case & are a veteran but if you are a 43 year old that lives with their parents that's already lost your court hearing they don't care.

After getting denied my first time in New Jersey, I got an attorney in NJ to file an appeal. Needless to say, I was denied a second time. We moved to South Carolina last October and once we got settled in I researched all the disability lawyers in Greenville County.
