I want to go to court, they want to settle with the insurance company, they are telling me that all I can recover from the accident is what the other drivers ( other drivers fault),insurance policy calls for, my medical bills doubles (and I will be having surgery soon over this accident)the amount the policy is ($25,000 and Morgan & Morgan want 40 0/0 of that )..I don’t believe Morgan & Morgan is working for me.(The People). I believe they maybe work for themselves or the insurance company...

Not a very clean place. I wouldn’t expect such a large firm to have a dirty dusty office. The garbage is stacked up over the garbage can with signs telling you to put paper in garbage in restroom. The staff was nice and offered coffee but I just couldn’t drink it. Lawyer was wonderful with client and seemed to really care.

Their contract had every right to be hard to understand and full of bs but it wasn't. It was actually clear and conscise
