I never get any updates on my case or information. Everytime I call and get voicemail and never get a return call. So I hope that this long long wait will be worth it.

I had the pleasure of working with both Pierre Coolen and his paralegal Katie Garner. I can say a lot of great things about both of them, but what truly stood was our first encounter.

I first contacted Morgan and Morgan because workmen's comp refused a second surgery that provided the return of more movement in my elbow. They wanted me to use a brace that both PT and Ortho surgeon said would not fix a issue this severe and would cause quote "unnecessary pain". My surgeon even sent a letter to workmen's comp stating as much.
I fought them for over 2 months by myself with zero luck. One phone call to Pierre and his team had the surgery scheduled 2 weeks later. It was like night a day, and they made getting my arm fix a priority over anything else to do with the case. I can't thank them enough.

I had a call back from Morgan and Morgan over a medical malpractice lawsuit. After explaining everything my case wasn't big enough to make them money, so I was denied. The way I see it if it's not big enough to make them money they won't take your case. That's ok I now have an attorney that will take this case.

After a horrible car accident, we contacted Morgan & Morgan. They drove over an hour to our home to meet with us. After that, they handled everything. It was great! I focused on healing and they handled the rest. Everyone we dealt with were very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Said they would take my case, and I signed papers for them to represent me. It took 2 weeks for someone in their Tampa office to even reach out to me. I spent almost a month trying to contact the person who reached out to me, but they would never return my calls or emails. They even had the nerve to send me post mail saying they couldn’t contact me, even after I had left 10 messages and 3 emails for them. Once I finally got in contact with them by having the call center leave them a message, it took another month for that person let me know what documents I needed to send in, and for the attorney to contact me. I spoke with the attorney once, and they seemed relatively clueless. They wanted me to send in documents that they themselves could have obtained with the power of attorney I signed over to them, but instead they sent me on a 2 month hunt to try to wrangle with 3 companies by myself. The paralegal that got assigned to my case badgered me for weeks about the documents, even though I made them aware that I was having a hell of a time by myself, on top of a busy schedule to boot, and that they could pick up the slack by doing some of the work. In the end, they decided not to represent me, even though I had a solid case. I wasted almost 5 months of my life and $200 dollars of my own money obtaining documents and dealing with this disorganized firm, who never even gave my case over to the local office. Instead they assigned it to an attorney 1200 miles away in Tampa that I spoke to once. What they couldn’t do in 5 months, my new local attorney did in 10 days and successfully filed a lawsuit against the company that wronged me, and the company settled almost immediately once they received their summons. Just go with someone local if you need legal counsel and avoid this firm.

Help me on my case

The lady who was handling my case out of the Lexington KY office was very rude, and did not contact me until almost a week after I reached out to Morgan and Morgan about my case! I requested to not be represented by her anymore. Highly disappointed with her, while we were on the phone I was still talking being very civil, just explaining to her that I would like to weigh my options and she just hung up on me!!!

Chole Davis in the Lexington, KY office was exceptional! She was very professional, helpful in explaining things in a difficult situation, and very efficient! We would highly recommend her and her office.

Chloe Davis, Lexington KY office was professional and very helpful. Chloe explained each step in the process as we went through it, she also gave us an idea of what we could expect the next steps to be. When I had questions she answered in a timely manner and answered my questions completely.

If i could give 0 I would I have ben dealing with Morgan and Morgan for over a year now in that time I have talked to my layer only a few times only 3 times has he called me the rest i had to blow his phone up and message after message was NEVER called back was told it would be quick WELL a year later im still wateing and once he told me he hasn't checked on my case in months i love how i was just forgot about NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS LAW FIRM im sure in 10 years my case may be resolved and i walk away with nothing and thay take the rest for fees I WILL NEVER USE THIS FIRM AGAIN FOR THE PEOPLE YEA RIGHT MORE LIKE FOR THE ONES GETTING BIG BUCKS THAY HAVE NEVER BEN FOR ME WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE

After working with my Attorney Adrian and Paralegal Bridgit, I can say I truly am happy with my selection and believe I chose the best in Morgan and Morgan. Lisa Clark again. I can't respond to your response to my review, so I have to leave another one. Your problem isn't the fact that you "cannot take" my case. It's the fact that I've been waiting for someone to contact me to say you CAN OR CANNOT take the case and you simply DON'T RESPOND if you can't take it. I could've been well on my way with another firm had you the courtesy to contact me back to say ANYTHING.

RE: I have a good case against a large company, I've passed through 3 interviews and never spoke with the first attorney from Morgan & Morgan for even 5 minutes of that consultation they advertise. You'll go through call center after call center to maybe or maybe NOT learn that someone will call you back. If you're short on time or expect the kind of attention you get from a smaller local firm, I recommend starting elsewhere. Either they are taking on more clients than they can handle and still advertising or they just won't call back if the case doesn't have enough potential.
