Everything started out on a good track with this law firm, they excepted my case and got the ball rolling but once it was time to settle things took a turn for the worst. First off the lawyer settled my case with out me approving the offer, it was almost like she was trying to rush it thru since it wasn't a million dollar case. Once they received the check from the insurance company then comes the LACK of communication which I didn't understand seeing that I'm the client (the one paying you), I could have easily taken my business elsewhere. After the case was settled they held some of MY MONEY in a trust fund for "unsettled bills", that's the reason of hiring a lawyer right to keep up with everything for you. I later found out that they were calling pretending to me to obtain information that they were not authorized to receive (HIPPA violation), once the lady named stephanie that works in the office found out that I caught her in a lie about calling she got upset and magically I wasn't able to speak with her anymore. Upon all this confusion I asked several times to speak directly with the attorney but for some reason was never able to, I can go all day about this law firm but I'll just leave here, lack of communication, only care about their money not yours or your wellbeing, and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.

This law office is a joke. When i went to their office they were extremely interested in my case. They dont communicate properly. I spoke to Javier few days ago and he said he had to wait until the 18th of January then he will call me into their office to discuss going to court. Today is January 13th and a letter in the mail showed up now claiming they no longer represent me. WTH???? Javier said i dont have any broken bones. No i dont. I have a tear in my neck and a tear in my arm and my elbow bone is badly bruised due to a manager of a club knocking me down. Apparently that is not as important as a broken bone to this office. They claim owner of club has no insurance and they give them three shots to come forward with insurance info. The 18th has yet to be here and to cancel before then is inappropriate. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE OR ATTORNEY. I am badly injured and hurt everyday since incident. I dont understand how a law office can do this to a person. Incident was in Sept. Its the middle of January now. How am i suppose to find a new attorney to fight for me after all the damage this office has done. Nothing was accomplished except racking up medical bills that i cant pay. Thank you Joanne and Associates. I made a huge mistake stepping foot in your office. HUGE MISTAKE.
