This is a terrible firm. I had an easy case from an auto accident. They said they would take it and that they handled diminished value. Then referred me to another attorney they subcontracted to who was completely incompetent.. called to let them know this and they said they would take care of it and find someone to take the case and I never heard back from them. I sent several emails asking what was going on and got no response. I guess if your case isnt worth $10,000 or more apparently they're not interested. Mine was worth about 7k.

Unless you have a big dollar case on a silver platter, they refuse the case, but always tell you you have limited to to find other help. It’s not that you do not have a case , it’s they refuse to take it with no reason why.
So you end up back at square one with no council to lead you to what your options are or if you even have a case.
I have lost all faith in our legal rights. If big money is not as stake, you matter with no big law firms. It’s a fact of life.

I will admit I was a little disappointed before with the firm. Once, I was assigned a new legal assistant she really changed my experience. Ashley Burton, worked to make sure I got the money I deserved and it greatly appreciated. I would recommend Hughes and Coleman to those dealing with an injury accident.

Law firm has given my family the run around for weeks over the smallest settlement issued on an injury case. Now they want to put it in a locked account and hold extra funds for medical Bill's that haven't been incurred. Specialized con artists.

Communication is is terrible, the lawyer snarky arrogant and assuming. The legal assistant however pleasant to speak to , that is when you can get intouch with someone.

This Law Firm has definitely been wonderful! The entire staff has been very helpful and accurate in all of their work. After being in a car accident, you want a lawyer you can trust, not someone that is out to gain money in their pocket. Hughes and Coleman has been more concerned about my well being and the care I have received since the wreck than anything. Very unprofessional. I called in to speak with a rep. 2 months ago I was told an attorney would contact me. I never received a phone call nor email. but today I get a letter from them. have other options if you choose them. although I wouldn’t recommend

As of yesterday , we had finished up 2/3 of the settlement cases, and throughout this whole process (some of which my family and I didn't understand) being our first time having to deal with this type of situation , it was nerve racking and plenty of confusion.
With that said , I would not hesitate to call Hugh's and Coleman again(yet I hope and pray I never have to again)
