I’ve never been so disappointed with an attorney since I met Richard Nunez. I hired and paid him 500.00 dollars for him to write a simple warning letter to the insurance company I was suing for a unfair decision they had made on my case.
He never would communicate to the insurance Adjustor to come to an agreement according to the adjustor. His secretary always covers for him like no bodies business. I do not recommend this law firm for any legal matters. To this point he hasn’t called me for any apologies or has returned any portion of the charges I paid. This firm deserves one star for unprofessionalism and disrespect for human body.

The law firm took my case, and my money for the retainer, in May of 2019. I have heard nothing back from them! Even after I have asked for proof of any work being done, all the way to telling them I want my money back and will hire someone else. NOTHING! Not one call, email or text. I still haven’t received my retainer back either. I don’t know what to do. Never go here.

Very polite and helpful man. He was compassionate of my situation and was very upfront and honest with me which I really appreciate. I didn't hire him as my attorney but he definitely led me in the right direction. If you ever need someone to fight for your case I would definitely trust this man.
