I am a native Michigan resident, my daughter was born in December 2008 in Tennessee. Since her birth, my child’s mother has made several attempts, using the juvenile court system, to keep my daughter from visiting me here in Michigan, effectively stifling any hope of a healthy relationship between us. The times my daughter has visited me have been nothing but positive.
At the end of 2017, Brittani Dial was assigned as the Guardian ad Litem in my case. Her role as I understand it is to represent the interest, and best interest, of my daughter. Instead of doing this, Ms. Dial has spent the entirety of 2018 making it as hard as possible for me to see my child. I do not believe scrutinizing and ultimately removing a child’s loving father from their life is ever in a child’s best interest. She recommended my daughter and I see a psychologist all year, who has confirmed the loving bond between my daughter and I, but did not bother to familiarize herself with these reports before making recommendations to the judge, in my opinion showing a clear bias. She recommended I make the 600 mile trip to Clarksville once a month, all year, my visitation being limited to Montgomery County as if I am a danger to my own child. When I expressed the financial, and psychological toll this was taking, along with my fears of discrimination being a factor in my mistreatment, Ms. Dial responded with a callous, “I don’t care how any of this makes you feel”. I have never experienced this level of coldness and dismissiveness from my daughter. Ms. Dial continues to stray further from the interest, and best interest, of my child and I do not recommend her or her firm.

Let a message for Larry to call me back never got a call. I asked to speak with anyone who could help with transferring a deed. When I was transferred to the other attorney he was rude and not helpful. How do you refuse to speak with the person who is going to be paying you. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time calling.
Although the front desk staff is nice, getting a hold of the attorney, Larry, seems to be impossible. The front desk has left him two messages and I still haven't heard back from him. All I wanted was to set up an appointment with him, but apparently he doesnt take appointments unless he has spoken to the potential client. I guess I'll just have to take my business elsewhere.

The rudest people you will ever meet . The lawyer claimed I was trying to start a argument with him , when I was only trying to clarify a situation. He didn’t even take me in the office to talk about it . He talked rude to me in the front lobby .

Yesterday, we closed on a house and I can't sing enough praises about our Real Estate Lawyer, Larry Rocconi Jr. Larry has 24 years of experience that he used to make sure we were well informed on our purchase. As anyone can attest to, this can be a confusing process, but Larry was able to go through everything on a layman's level. All our questions were answered and we walked away happy new home owners! I highly recommend Larry and this firm!

I hired the firm for a simple divorce. They told us it would take 90 days before we can finalize the divorce. Right before the 90 days were up we started calling to ask if anything was needed from us and what the next step would be. We got no answers or replies. We tried emails and phone calls to no avail. Weeks went by with no communication from the firm. At this point they were keeping me married. We ended up having to pull the divorce from them and give it to another attorney who got it finalized 2 weeks later.
