The first time I reached out to Bill was on the weekend. I spoke with him on the phone. He went in to great detail on the patent process and explained it to where I could understand the process, terminology and all the options. I met with Bill in person a couple days later and he went over the process of patents, trademarks, intellectual property in even more great detail in terms that I could understand. I discussed my invention with him and gave him some "chicken scratch" pictures that I had drawn and Bill worked with me and got my idea on paper in written detail along with drawings that explain and detail my invention. He got my invention submitted to the US Patent office. Bill always responded to my texts, calls and emails very promptly and answered all my questions.
