My husband and I were skeptical because my mother had already been promised the world by another law firm. She had been severely injured by a prescription she had been taking for 6 years. I’m not gonna lie, the process is LONG - but the Driscoll firm makes good on their claims - everything played out pretty close to what they said, and my mother will never have to worry about paying for medical care again.

They called me and my aging father with updates every few weeks. We were part of a class action - they told us upfront that this can take several years to settle. Very disorganized, never returned calls, was hung up on at once point - all I wanted was a case update - don't know how this place stays in business - maybe bc none of there clients are local? Also seems strange that all the "good" reviews came in at the same time

Do Not Hire... Horrible service. They get nothing done, you have to call them to get updates. They lied to us about the amout of settlement money we were going to get from VW. They dont have their stuff together been 8 months and still nothing!

This law firm is a disgrace. They have no integrity. I had a chance to work with them on a case and they were so unorganized. Michelle, who is on their team, had a bad attitude and I was very appalled by her behavior. They cost me a lot of money. I would not recommend working with them under any circumstances....RUN AWAY!!!!!

I was hesitant to join a class action suit - it took me 9 years to decide. After talking to John Driscoll on the telephone, I was so impressed with his "down-to-earth-ness" and his professionalism, I decided to give the Driscoll Firm a chance. I was VERY impressed, the suit went exactly as John had described and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
