The dude just flat out didn't do a good job.

I was in an accident, he told me if didn't settle my case he didn't get paid.

When I decided not to accept hissettlement arrangement he quit and tried to put a lien on my case.

I give him 2 stars because he sure had me fooled at first and that deserves recognition.
