Horrible customer service from Carol at the front desk. She was very very rude because I asked if I could speak with her office manager. She lied and said she wasn't in later it was determined that the office manager was there and Carol had lied about it. We were run in circles for 3 years by Cindy (the woman in charge of restotution) trying to get restitution that has been owed to us for 3 years... and counting.... This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. I pitty the people who have to deal with them in anyway... Be ready to have your time wasted!
