It has been a long 6 years for me. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the receptionist Mrs. Shoon that would lose my documents. I would always have to resend stuff and she constantly claimed she never received my e-mail.

Outside of her the entire staff seemed great and I would recommend them to anyone in an injury case. DBA (Defense Base Act) is not easy to deal with alone after working overseas.

I don't know how anyone could rate Howard Grossman's firm anything less than perfect. They were my attorneys for over 7 years as we fought the insurance over my severe injuries sustained overseas. Mr. Grossman and staff were there for every step of the way. Even when I was about to screw up and do something wrong. They took the time to make sure I did it right, they were an all encompassing team. If my medications weren't being approved. I called them the same day and it was fixed the same day. They took my problems as theirs and got it fixed asap. They knew how important my medications were and treated it as if I was a family member in need. Same with pay, same with any need while I was having multiple surgeries. Which most were fought for by Mr. Grossman to make sure I got the best treatment and the treatments I deserved. I could type for hours over the quality of the entire staff from Mr. Grossman who will fight to the end for whatever you deserve and need. To Adam Yellin who was always there for every need, and spent hours on the phone taking care of my concerns and needs and responding to multiple emails. This is the firm for you if you have been injured. Especially DBA. How anyone could give them one star with very little review would leave me to think it is false people. Because at no time in 7 years did Mr. Grossman or his team not be at my becon call. Even when I jumped the gun freaked out about something not working out they were there to calm me down and guide me through the processes and ease my worry. They were my family not just my lawyers for 7 years and if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't be able to walk, they got surgeries approved, and treatments approved and fought to get me to the best when it was being denied. They got what my family and I deserved when I would have settled for less. They wouldn't let me settle for less. Trust me, you want this team working for you. Then my only advice would be to listen to them. They know what they are doing. It's stressful but they have you as their number one interest.
