I was a pipefitter from KY working at woodriver refinery when I was injured on the job not being from that area I had no ideal who to call for help the company doctor said he could not find anything wrong .So while I was home one weekend a lawyer friend of a friend of mine suggested I contact Brad Badgley when I went back to woodriver .Brad called me on a Saturday and we discussed my injuries on the phone I first met with him on Tuesday and he got the ball rolling to get me a doctor in the area to get test going to see the damage done to me by being ran over by a truck he fought for me with the worker comp lawyers and refinery lawyers to get me all the surgeries I needed to fix my neck and lower back and to get a pain stimulator implanted to help control pain it was all done in a timely fashion .When workmans comp checks were late I would call him he would get on the phone with their lawyer to check on it I would have a check in a couple days I can not say enough about Brad he stood by my wife and I for almost 4 YEARS making sure that W/C and the refinery done the right thing He explained how everything was going to happen and what it all mint near the end when it came time to settle HE would suggest something he felt would be to my benefit but he would leave it up to me to tell him what I wanted to do.
