Never called me back, didnt seem to care about my issue.

Pete Olson and his staff go above and beyond. He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney, explains things to a lay person (like me) clearly and concisely... and adds some humor as well, which I appreciate. Not only is he good at his craft, but he is a stand up and solid human being. Enjoyed every interaction with him and Nick Murphey. Our case was reviewed with precision, attention to detail and with confidentiality. Mr. Olson truly respects his clients and treated our family with dignity. A friend had referred me to see Pete Olson about my accident case. When I first walked into the office , I was very nervous and anxious. Nick was the first person I spoke with. He was very professional and courteous. He made me feel comfortable. When I met with Mr Pete Olson, he explained to me about the process and he put my mind at ease. A weight was lifted off my shoulders. They kept me informed at all times and answered any questions I had throughout. I greatly appreciate all they have done for me. Great staff throughout. I walked into the office yesterday, to ask to speak to someone about a Medical malpractice, I was told that that Ms. Michelle ran to the bank and she will be right back. Waited about a couple minutes. I was told that she will give me a call for my intake. 2 hours passed I haven't received a call. I called and was told shes out of the office for the day. I Just now called no one answered I assumed they are probably on lunch. But I still havent received my call and I was referred to them from Legal on post at Fort Campbell KY.
