I’ve been trying to contact this person for months. I get messages from his person saying he will call. If he doesn’t want my case, which isn’t his normal drug cases, then call or have his office person call and say he doesn’t want to do it. Seems like he is more interested in doing drug cases from what I’ve read. I was told he wanted a $5,000 retainer. Seems like for that kind of money he could make a phone call. I understand that he is very good and that’s why I wanted to use him. I was willing to pay the 5K to get somebody that is supposed to be reasonably aggressive, but it has become ridiculous. According to the legal codes I’ve read my case is a easy win. Maybe it’s just challenging enough for him or he would have to return some of the retainer. Don’t know what his problem is. It would be nice to get a call and find out.

Update: I did talk with Mr Phillips. I was very impressed. He seemed to be as aggressive as I hoped and one can tell he is on top of things. I gave him three stars for now. We will see how he does. If as good as I think he will, it will turn to five stars quickly.

I tried to hire Mark for our adoption case. I went there for a consultation on a Thursday, he was held up in court so I met with his son (he was nice) he told me his dad would call me back later that day or the next day since the son didnt have much experience with adoptions. I never recieved a call so I called the following Monday and was told he wasn't in that day and he would call me back the next day( never recieved a call) I then called again that Wednesday was told he wasn't there again. So then I stopped calling and ended up hiring another lawyer th next week though (which we won our case) and he still never called me back. Luckily I hadn't given him any money yet since Mark never did give me a consultation. Maybe he just didn't want to do my case but if so then he should have informed me instead of dodging me.

So far so good. They ate the go to firm in warrick county. I was referred by gf that lives there. I ky and have few friends that are attorneys but dont practice in Indiana. Professional attitude throughout whole office. There is a lack of bedside manner but you dont want your attorney promising something that they cant deliver. Straight shooters. They appear to be very busy and work hard and i dont know about you but thats who i want on my team. Sorry for the punctual, grammatical errors as well as the run on sentences. I hope that didnt ruin your day. Hire someone from this firm.

Mark and his two sons are very educated talented well caring loving people. They've done so much for me and my family. They are good people and I would recommend if you got into any kind of trouble that they would most definitely be the guys to help you out.
