Tim was very informative and helpful in my case but when it ended up taking longer than expected, which legal cases usually do, he became very impatient with me and required additional payments to continue forward. So all in all if u know your case will be fast then hes great but if its going to take yrs like mine did be ready to pay more than what he says upfront
