I had a terrible experience with this law firm, I only gave it a star because it doesn’t give you the option to leave it blank, Melody is very unprofessional, she actually hung up in my face, and after paying her in September it took for me to request a refund for her to call me back as fast as she did! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they don’t treat their customers equal, then after being hung up on I called back the secretary of course just made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal because it was only 600.00, Melody was rude from the first time I spoke with her she couldn’t give me any reason for the judges recommendations and when she did go in front of the judge I had to call her to find out the ruling! They don’t care about their people, well I can’t speak for the company but she doesn’t. I have been contacting her since September and the only reason she called back today is because I requested a refund she basically did nothing she knew nothing about the client she was representing! Wherever else I can share my experience with this law firm. (Melody) in particular I would and it’s not about the money nor the ruling it’s just the awful communication. I understand lawyers are busy but if you have too much on your plate that you can’t keep up you should just turn down the case! It was definitely a learning experience! Awful!

This law firm represented me very successfully. Lawyers Joe and Melody were great. I called several Law Offices before, and this Law Office group was by far most responsive and compassionate, meaning actually listened and expressed interest in helping. Highly recommend this law firm.

The secretary is very unprofessional, she has a bad attitude, didn't want to answer any questions and hung the phone up in my face

LIAR AND THIEF!!

I think it’s only fair for any individual looking to retain this lawyer/lawyers is aware that they are not an honest, professional, or ethical firm. When it comes to client needs or request, especially a client who has paid thousands of dollars, they do not follow through with their promises, or put in sufficient amount of work that is essentially necessary. It’s common sense and expected that a lawyer should have knowledge of their case, be transparent to the client and prepare more than 5 minutes before court!!! However, these lawyers are quick to TAKE YOUR MONEY, then DO NOT VISIT THE CLIENT, NOR RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. It is always excuse after excuse. When it comes to the actual trial, they significantly lack preparation and knowledge of the case and proceedings. Don’t be fooled by the good game they talk. These lawyers CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Your money is their only concern. Thereafter, they are quick to get rid of your case regardless the outcome. To be perfectly honest, you're better off representing yourself before you retain this lawyer or his unprofessional/rude law office!!
