Sharon helped me rescue my daughter from a horrible situation. She took the time to fight for my daughter despite being an uphill battle simply because I'm the daddy. Sharon Massey was my attorney in a divorce case. My spouse fraudently took hundreds of thousands of dollars that was made in our business and marriage by making out checks to me without my knowledge, endorsing them with my signature and depositing them into a hidden account. When I informed Miss Massey of this she said that the judge would not say anything about that because it was "our" money! I don't see how it was our money when I don't have any! The staff in her office was rude, condescending and prejudiced so I did not get along with them. Needless to say on the day of my hearing she had everyone of them sitting on the front row in court so that they could see just how bad she and the good ole judicial system with her help in Clarksville was going to screw me in Judge Ross Hicks Court. They all we're so tickled at the outcome. Having to appeal my case, I called her office to request a copy of my file. I was first told that I could not get it. Since I knew that I had a right to it. I sent Sharon a certified letter with the request. Sharon told me that I would be able to pick it up in CD format. I finally received the CD and put it in my home computer and it crashed my computer. So I still never got my case info and I lost all of the important info on my system. Fletcher Long and Carrie Gasaway are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Clarksville Court System. It is sad. Minorities, women and children don't stand a chance!

Ms. Massey helped me when my ex tried to get full custody of my kids. Not only was she there for me late at night but she was there for me on the weekend when I emailed her. Ms. Massey and her staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend her and her staff to any.

I'll start by making it clear that I am not a current or former client of Ms. Massey. Sharon Massey represented my son's mother when she was summoned to court for failure to pay her child support obligation. As I was driving to the courthouse for the hearing, Ms. Massey's office called to tell me the hearing was postponed and I would be contacted by the court with the new date. I am an active duty military member and had taken leave to come from another state to attend this hearing and was angry for the late notice. I went to court anyway to find out why the hearing was postponed. When I got there and spoke to the clerk, I found out the hearing had not been postponed. When the court session started, someone from Ms. Massey's office asked the judge to for a continuace which was subsequently denied. Had I taken Ms. Massey's employee's word for it when she called I would have missed my opportunity to object. I believe the actions of Ms. Massey and her employee were unethical were intended to trick me into not being in court so they could make their motion unopposed. My hope is that both prospective clients and people who may be facing her in court read this review so they know the kind of tactics they may encounter. Make sure you do your research before you believe anything this attorney or her office tells you.

For the record, this is not a vindictive review. The case was decided in my favor and Ms. Massey was unsuccessful in erasing her client's substantial child support arrears.

Expensive but she is the best.

My experience is from papers sent to my home where Sharon Massey is representing my husband for marital dissolution. Number 1, her client failed to give her correct information, #2- So many errors, and papers made no sense. #3- apparently she tries to strip her clients spouse down to zero belongings. #4- No woman in her right mind would ever accept the terms in the papers she sends out. #5- she needs to question her client as to extra money he makes, and did not include in this marital dissolution complaint. #5- She being a lawyer, and the wife of a judge, has no clue what she is putting a woman with an incurable disease through with these ludicrous paragraphs her office types. #6- Her client makes more than enough money to pay any expenses for his wife until she can make provisions for herself. #7- this defendant will not sign any papers with such ridiculous wants from the husband. #8- Honestly expects me to maintain that sorry mans last name. REALLY? Sorry Ms. Massey, it's not happening. And last but not least, those papers were not delivered certified mail as any good lawyer knows is the correct way to do things. Not signing any such ridiculous document,
