I was in a motorcycle accident back in 2014 and the insurance company didn't want to work with me. I visited with quite a few different attorneys and none of them impressed me like Brad Cundiff did. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone! I've also used Patrick Coyne and he is very good at what he does!

I have known and used this firm for as long as I can remember and they've never disappointed me and kept expectations realistic. They've always kept their word (which means a lot to me) if they say they can do it they can and will do it! I've used all of them for different things for over 13 years now, since I was 16 and have known them for over 20 years. My father and grandfather used them even longer until they both passed away which they were very helpful with as well and one of them even showed up to my Dad Kenneth Wimer's funeral and the others reached out to me personally with regards and apologized for not being able to attend the funeral which I'm pretty sure they sent flowers still even though they couldn't attend. The attorneys at this firm are all very helpful, caring, understanding, very reasonable with pricing, and trustworthy. I have always recommended them to anyone who needs to hire an attorney or even if they just had questions or needed advice and everyone I have sent to them have always been happy and satisfied with their work. They can handle anything you need taken care of and if for some very small reason they can't they can send you to someone they know and trust. These guys are great attorneys and I'd highly recommend them to any and everybody without a doubt!

Very poor representation. WAY too expensive, they have a nice big building and it's lipstick on a pig. They gave me wrong information on several occasions and failed to go over very important key points. Passed my case to an associate without even telling me. The attorney was always late and had too many irons in the fire. Go elsewhere.

Pat Coyne is a very professional attorney, friendly and non judgemental. He knows the law very well and I use him for all my traffic tickets and such. If Pat can't handle your case he knows someone who will and will refer you. I highly recommend this lawyer.

You are only as strong as your weakest link and unfortunately this law firm employees one of the most incompetent lawyers I have ever came in contact with. She was hired by my ex for BOTH a criminal and domestic matter out of two different counties, Warren County and St. Charles County, she lacked the skills and experience in both when representing her client. She filed motions incorrectly and was extremely difficult to work with. (After seeing her in the criminal case and then in the beginning of the domestic, I decided I was more than capable of going Pro Se). She constantly harassed me while at work and then tried to have me pay $14,000 worth of her fees to her client because I did not have representation. Well, turns out, I didn’t need it when up against her. All final orders were ruled in my favor. This may be a great law firm but stay clear of Jessica Schumacher when it comes to legal representation.

This review is in response to Crystin Underwood personally attacking my attorney Jessica schumacher! Jessica represented me in a very difficult custody case against Ms Underwood that was in the court system for over 2 years!! Through out that 2 years Jessica devoted not only her professional time but also her personal time to my case! Ms. Underwood clearly does not have her facts straight! To take time out of her day and personal attack my attorney not only shows but proves Ms Underwood is obviously bitter about the outcome!! Jessica is an outstanding attorney and will continue to represent me in any future legal matters!!

I have been using Pat Coyne, Brian Zink and Lorna Hubber for last 15 years. I have referred both friends and family. What I like most is they. Tell you what to expect thru the whole process. From criminal cases to family law and personal injury. If they tell you what they can do for you, for your outcome you can count on them., and sometimes you get a better outcome then what was sugusted. This is the only firm i will ever use as well as my family. If you use another firm you will be disappointed. My boyfriend got a speeding ticket and their rates were the lowest. And the court cost and fine was less than the speeding fine.

Mr. Hillemann was a fantastic attorney. I highly recommend him.

I hired Patrick Coyne to represent my girlfriend in February 2016 for a simple probation violation. She was trying to be assessed and accepted into DUI Court, which I explained to Patrick before I paid him the retainer fee. Patrick specifically stated that he could 100% get her accepted into drug court and that he was close friends with the prosecuting attorney in Warren County's DUI Court program, so it would be a "slam dunk", thats what Patricks words were at least. Immediately after paying him a $2,000 retainer fee, it was virtually impossible to get ahold of him through phone or email. He refused to answer any and all questions I had regarding the case, took absolutely no action to get her into DUI court, failed to appear for the first 2 court appearances, acted as if he didn't have time for her and just plain screwed her over in so many ways.

After Patrick finally decided to show up to the 3rd court appearance, he immediately informed her that the prosecuting attorney didn't want to let her into DUI court and that was the final answer. My girlfriend matches every single eligibility requirement for DUI Court, she is the ideal candidate for DUI court because her conviction was alcohol related as well as the probation violation. She is a non-violent offender with no prior prison commitments and has a specific and persistent issue with drug and alcohol abuse. DUI courts eligibility criteria literally says that a person with chronic alcohol/drug abuse issues, is a non violent offender and has convictions relating to drug or alcohol abuse, is the ideal candidate for the program.

Patrick was extremely unprofessional in the manner he handled the case from the beginning. The day of my probation violation hearing, Patrick decided to arrive at the courthouse 1 hour late. My girlfriend wasn't afforded the right to consult with Patrick before her case was called and he explained absolutely nothing to her about what exactly was taking place. My girlfriend was sentenced to a 7 year prison sentence and to be remanded into the custody of the Missouri DOC. Disturbing to say the least.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! HE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH NOTHING BUT INEFFECTIVE LEGAL COUNSEL! HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A COMMON THIEF!
