I didn't know lawyers could be like Linton. This guy has not only answered every question that I have ever asked, he goes over and beyond to make sure I understand his answers/solutions. He is always (not certain how) available and will for sure be honest with me when he feels that I could be walking into a bad situation. Unless he moves or retires, he is my lawyer.

If a negative was possible it would be negative literally says they do free consultations ..but gets on the phone and says im not in the business of helping people to do things right ... But i will fix it for $500 ... Was unbelievably rude on the phone although the lady that answers the phone was very kind ...I with someone who cares about their clients or potentional clients instead of someone who is rude and all but says " im in the business of money"

He really liked helping people out

Mr. Kilpatrick has represented me twice. He went above and beyond and advised me when I had any questions during and between each case. I appreciate everything he and his office have done for me. I will definitely use him again if need be and refer him to friends and family. Thank you!

A great lawyer who helped me out tremendously when I was in legal trouble. I would not hesitate to hire him again and I would refer him to my friends and family members. He is really good at what he does.

This man is despicable. KILPATRICK is condescending, apathetic, greedy and down right lazy. After paying a retainer fifteen months ago, Linton had the audacity to tell me the day of court he prepared for "three whole days". Other attorneys agree he is a joke. Do not trust him. The next letter I write about this incompetent "lawyer" will be to the bar.
