I used Kelly Hicks to set up a POA and will for my wife and I. Her and her staff were very flexible with meeting and getting everything set up. During our meeting she was very accommodating with some out of the norm situations and had a few suggestions/recommendations that we didn’t think about that made a lot of sense for our situation. Very professional and walked us through all the steps to get everything in order. Would recommend to anyone looking for getting either of those important documents set up for their family.

I called to inquire about a consultation and the fees and the lady said it was free. So I asked to schedule an appointment. Nope! I was put on hold for 15 mins for them to ask what county is it for. Once I said the county she put me on hold again for 5 more minutes then hung up. I called back to request the address and ask wld It b better to just come up there to schedule because I’ve been trying to. She said exact words “wat county? Oh we only do St. Clair. Very horrible service. Not my money!! Thanks
