Super unprofessional I’ve had a case with them for almost 2 years with absolute bare minimum communications about my case , they try to fast talk people because they know the business of law and that’s not how you treat people. Everytime i call I’m being sent to voicemails that never gets returned and the paralegals on my team never have any information to give me !! Like I’m no rocket science but i know when i feel like my case isn’t being properly cared for .. Honestly i feel like hiring them was the worst decision i could’ve made

I am so very very disappointed in the service from this firm. They don't return my phone calls unless I dial 888 number, they refuse to approve a procedure my doctor said I needed, and never once in two years has anyone from firm phoned to ask how I'm feeling! Don't know who they are fighting for but I know they are not fighting for this client. This is only a portion of how this firm has conducted business with me.

I have NEVER in my life seen such rude, arrogant, unprofessional "so called attorneys" in one law firm EVER! They're so quick to settle for chump change, like someone is paying them off, NOT to go to court! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The most unprofessional law firm ever! Do not i mean do not go to them for any type of case i was in a wreck pregnant 7 months with a 18 wheeler left One law firm and though i went with the right law firm I did not first off they didn’t get my child any money and she was born with a broken shoulder on top of that the staff act as if you owe them something I hired you you didn’t hire me second off my check was suppose to come today to my door it’s friday my post Man has passed no check i have texted the attorney 7 times asking what is the tracking number to my check and what company is delivering my check to me I have also left my number on Johns voicemail to give me a call back i also asked for a different attorney months ago but yet I’m still talking to the same one just unprofessional the female that answers the phones sounds like she has no training very unprofessional for a law firm and they are suppose to be on your side but it seems like they are against me it’s now 2:32 pm here in New Orleans la today’s date is Friday December 1st and i still have yet to have get a knock on the door my best friends child is dead at 7 months so we have a lot of running around to do today and they think I’m gonna sit at home and wait by the door the lawyer has told me 3 days in a row my check will be here on Friday still no check i will Not be referring anyone to this company they are rude and absolutely unprofessional the only one with class and respect is John he’s the one who i would prefer to fight for me but he’s a business man and can’t his employees make his business look beyond bad i will not be doing anything else with this company ever again and don’t prefer any one to them and on top of that my check is not the amount i was told i was gonna get period I’m beyond pissed it’s only 700 off but i need all my money then the paralegal takes it up on her self not to send my money off yesterday for it to be here today I’m beyond pissed off and disappointed with this law firm they are the worst
