I contacted them about a lawsuit and was told by the rep that they believe they can take my case. They gave me a number to contact the lawyer directly with any supporting photos and i did. No one called me back. Over a week later i recieved a letter saying they couldnt help me. My issue is not that they couldnt take my case. Its that i waited with no response until a letter came. I feel like my time was wasted.

I am throughly pleased with Hughes and Coleman and having unfortunately been through this a couple of other times they have been by far the best!

I am Personally Very unhappy with my.services.Typically they ar4e pretty good but this time they have been nothing short of horrible. My case is over a year old and has yet to be closed. A little over a month ago I was asked to come in to receive a check, but after going over the paperwork the medical bills have yet to be paid. They have received the money where they were being paid but medical bills are pending. Not to mention the bills that are Pending payments are ruining my credit. Every time I have called to speak with my attorney and/or his assistant, they always tell me they are going to call me back and never do. When they finally did call me back they said they thought that they paid all -the medical bills. They informed me that it was I fact the insurance company who was lacking. I reached out to the insurance company they told me they paid the ones the attorney told them to pay. I emailed screenshots of my credit report. That was almost two weeks ag0o and I have yet to hear anything from them meanwhile my credit is suffering. At this point im just really aggravated with the whole situation

My attorney at Hughes & Coleman is very dedicated to my case, I speak to Jill and her assistant Sharron frequently, both getting updates on my case and giving updates on things that have been done medically. Worker comp cases can be very difficult and not something you should handle on your own and Jill at Hughes & Coleman has taken a lot of the burden off my shoulders, letting me concentrate on my health.

My brother has been through alot after being hit by a car working. Hughes and Coleman are doing a wonderful job helping us with everything.

5/10/19 I spoke to Liz Ray about my accident. A car wreck will disrupt your life. While dealing with the shock, the confusion, the pain, having your vehicle tore up, trying to get from point A to point B is total chaos. Liz was very patient, understanding, and concerned with my state of mind, my pain and my well being. She was very professional and thorough, she explained things to me, listened and answered all my questions. She calmed me down due to understandably being upset. After my husband was hit in an auto accident last May, I looked up reviews for several injury attorneys. Hughes and Coleman has nothing but great reviews. Our case was assigned to Jamie Sullivan and Amanda. We have had continued communication throughout this process. They worked very hard and received even more than expected.
