Charles and Tom are the BEST criminal defense lawyers EVER!! I didn’t realize that I had overlooked my court date until two hours before hand, and was unable to appear for myself. I called the People’s Counsel and spoke with both Charles Barberio and Tom Schmitz. They took on my case and appeared for me. They were able to have my charge lowered to a nonmoving violation - THE SAME DAY!!! I will definitely recommend The People’s Counsel to everyone I know.
