He seems to be one of the last lawyers who still have decency and a commitment to professionalism. Most people do not want to understand that a lawyer can only submit your application and then your fate lies in the hand of an incompetent immigration service and its governmental clerks. As it is most of the time whatever the government does - it does it certainly not in the most efficient or smartest way.

The best you can do is to hire a decent, hard working attorney who has sympathy for immigrants - in that way you are making here the best choice for yourself.
